Returns
You have 24-48 hours from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- Fragrances must be damaged upon arrival
Proof of Damage or Stolen Goods
To process any return for a damaged or stolen item, you must provide proof. This includes:
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- For stolen packages, a copy of the police report or official documentation
- Any additional evidence supporting your claim
Without proper documentation, we may not be able to process your return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number, reason for return, and required proof. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after 48 hours
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
