1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
- Express Shipping: $5.99
Estimated delivery times vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Germany, France, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout through USPS and DHL Express based on your location and order size.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to surrounding areas of Philadelphia, Mississippi. All local deliveries take place in public locations only. Customers will receive delivery instructions once their order is confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@kiaraluxeco.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
